Servicing > Marketing Security

Security settings to enable the option to Refresh assignments when creating a remarketed policy are available. Security selections can be made to grant access.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Servicing.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Marketing:

• Add: When selected, enables a marketing record to be created.
• Modify: When selected, enables the Refresh Assignments option when remarketing a policy.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
